Who runs this website, and who actually operates the charters?
Helm & Horizon is a website published by Juara Holding Group. It is an information and concierge resource for multi-day, all-inclusive crewed charters leaving from the Benoa and Serangan hubs in Bali toward Nusa Penida, the Gili Islands, Lombok and onward toward the Komodo region.
The charters themselves are operated and reserved by Bali Premium Trip, whose reservations team handles bookings directly. Where a specific yacht, sailing catamaran or phinisi is not owned by the operator, that vessel is arranged via vetted licensed partners. Helm & Horizon is a facilitator and publisher, not the asset owner. That distinction matters for liability and booking terms, so we set it out plainly here.

You may use luxurycharterbali.com to research routes, vessel classes and indicative pricing, and to send a charter enquiry. You agree to use the site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial planning purposes. You agree not to:

- Attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the site’s security or availability
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent enquiry details
- Use the site in any way that breaches Indonesian law or the law of your own country

How does an enquiry work, and when is a booking confirmed?
When you send an enquiry, Helm & Horizon passes your request to the Bali Premium Trip reservations team. An enquiry is a request, not a confirmed booking. A charter is only confirmed once the operator issues a written confirmation and you have met the operator’s deposit terms.
All booking terms — deposit amounts, payment schedules, cancellation and refund rules, rescheduling, guest capacity, insurance requirements and force-majeure handling — are set and administered by the operator, not by Helm & Horizon. You should read and accept the operator’s own terms before paying anything. If the operator’s terms and these website terms ever conflict on a booking matter, the operator’s terms govern the booking.
What do the prices and route details on this site actually mean?
Pricing shown or described on this site is indicative only and is dated “as of 2026, subject to change.” Multi-day charter rates move with season, vessel, guest numbers, fuel and route, and are confirmed by the operator at the time of quotation — not fixed by this website. Park and conservation fees for areas such as the Komodo region apply in principle and are confirmed at booking.
Route facts we publish — for example that Benoa Harbour is described as Bali’s main yachting gateway, that it sits roughly 18 nautical miles from Nusa Lembongan, or that a motor yacht reaches Nusa Penida in around 40 minutes — are drawn from operator and third-party sources and are provided for general guidance. Sea conditions, weather and the captain’s judgment can change any itinerary. Forward-looking notes, such as references to a new “Luxury Boat Class” reported by TripAdvisor listings to start in June 2027 on Lombok–Komodo routes, are outlook, not a guarantee.
What we do not promise (limits on liability)
Helm & Horizon provides the website “as is.” We make no guaranteed outcomes about availability, pricing, weather, wildlife sightings, or the experience delivered on board, all of which depend on the operator, the partners and conditions at sea.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juara Holding Group and Helm & Horizon are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or performance of the operator or any vetted licensed partner, nor for loss arising from your reliance on indicative information published here. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are a concierge and publisher — not a licensed financial, legal or tax adviser — and nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.
How do we handle your data, and what are your privacy rights?
When you enquire, we collect the details you provide (such as name, contact details and trip preferences) so that we and the operator can respond. We process this data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 (UU PDP). For visitors in the European Union and United Kingdom, we handle enquiry data with awareness of the GDPR principles of lawful basis, data minimisation and your rights to access, correct or delete your information.
